Website redesign

B2B website redesign that turns traffic into pipeline

Most B2B sites look fine and still lose the deal. I rebuild yours around one job: turning anonymous visitors into qualified conversations. Strategy first, then design, then proof.

Why most B2B redesigns fail

A redesign that only changes how the site looks is a repaint. Traffic stays flat, the same visitors leave on the same pages, and six months later you are back where you started with a prettier version of the same problem.
The sites that actually move revenue get rebuilt around evidence: which pages carry buying intent, where qualified visitors drop, what a prospect needs to believe before they book. That is a strategy problem before it is a design problem.
I work the order deliberately. Audit what is already ranking and converting, map the path a buyer actually takes, then design against that path. Nothing gets built because it looks current.

What we look at before designing anything

The first question is not what the site should look like. It is which pages currently carry buying intent, and where qualified visitors give up. Those two answers decide almost everything else.
Analytics tells part of it: entry pages, exit pages, the paths that end in a form and the paths that end in nothing. Search Console tells another part, specifically which queries already bring people in and whether those people find what the query promised.
The rest comes from the sales side. Which objections come up on every call? What do prospects ask that the site should have already answered? A site that handles the top three objections before the call shortens the sales cycle measurably.
Only once that picture exists does design start. Otherwise you are decorating guesses.

Design systems, not page designs

A one-off page design solves this month. A design system solves the next three years. The difference is whether new pages can be assembled from existing components or have to be designed from scratch every time.
A proper system defines colour, typography, spacing and a component library once. Every page draws from it. When a component changes, it changes everywhere, and consistency is automatic rather than a thing somebody has to police.
The practical payoff is speed. Once the system exists, a new landing page is an afternoon rather than a project, and it looks like it belongs without anyone checking hex codes.
