Schedule
Book a call
A short, direct conversation about your site and what it needs to do. No slide deck, no discovery theatre, no obligation.
Process
How the call runs
01
Context
You tell me what the business does, who buys from you, and where the current site sits in that process.
02
The problem
What is not working: traffic, conversion, speed, maintainability, or the platform itself.
03
Observations
I share what I can see from your current site. You get this whether or not we work together.
04
Fit
I tell you honestly whether this is something I can help with, and roughly what it would involve.
05
Next step
If it is a fit, I audit properly and come back with fixed scope and price. If not, we part on good terms.
What the call is not
It is not a sales presentation. I do not have a deck and I am not going to walk you through a capabilities overview.
It is not a qualification interrogation designed to work out your budget before saying anything useful. I will give you my read on your site early in the conversation, because that is the part that is actually worth your time.
And it is not a commitment. Plenty of these calls end with me saying the site is fine and the problem is elsewhere. That is a useful outcome too.
FAQs
Common questions
How long is the call?
Twenty to thirty minutes is usually enough. If the project is complex we can schedule longer.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just your site URL and a clear sense of what is not working. Analytics access helps but is not required for a first conversation.
Will you try to sell me something?
I will tell you whether I think I can help. If I cannot, I will say so. That is more useful to both of us than a pitch.
What time zones do you work across?
I am in Vancouver, Pacific time, and regularly work with clients across North America.
