First, a short conversation. I want to understand what the site needs to do commercially before talking about design at all. Usually that is 20 to 30 minutes and you will get useful observations out of it whether or not we work together.
If it looks like a fit, I audit your current site properly and come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price. You will know exactly what is included and what it costs before committing to anything.
If it is not a fit, I will tell you directly. Sometimes the honest answer is that your site is fine and the problem is somewhere else in the funnel.

Common questions
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. If you book a call directly you will get a confirmed time immediately rather than waiting on an email exchange.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. I am based in Vancouver and work with clients across Canada and the United States. Most projects run remotely regardless of location.
What size projects do you take?
Website projects generally run between $5,000 and $50,000. Below that you are usually better served by a template, and I will say so.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Often, yes. I am regularly brought in as the design and front-end execution layer alongside teams already handling strategy, content or marketing operations.
