I redesign B2B websites so they generate qualified sales conversations. Not compliments. Most B2B sites convert under 2% because they have pages instead of conversion architecture — a buyer journey, a single goal per page, and copy engineered to move a decision forward.

ToggleWhat you get
A complete redesign built around one conversion goal — strategy, UX, design, front-end build, and copy, delivered by one senior practitioner. There is no account-manager layer and no design-to-dev handoff, because the person who designs it also builds it.
- B2B conversion web design — full redesigns engineered around a buyer journey and a single conversion goal per page.
- Conversion rate optimization — a scoped fix when a full rebuild isn’t the fastest path to ROI.
- B2B copywriting and messaging — sold as inseparable from design. Design without strategy-driven copy is decoration.
- Component design systems — documented Figma libraries with type scales, WCAG 2.1 AA color tokens, and component variants, so your team ships pages without visual drift.
- Front-end development — HTML5/CSS3/JS implementation paired with design. Primarily WordPress; also Webflow and custom stacks.
How does the process work?
Six stages, strategy first. Nothing gets designed until there is a documented reason for it to exist.
- Discovery & Audit — what’s broken, and what it’s costing you.
- Strategy & Architecture — the buyer journey and the conversion goal for every page.
- UX & Wireframes — structure before aesthetics.
- Visual Design — the layer most agencies start with, and the reason their sites don’t convert.
- Development & Launch — pixel-accurate build, no handoff loss.
- Optimization — measure, then improve what the data points at.
How long does it take?
6 to 12 weeks from strategy kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back.
How much does it cost?
Projects run $5,000 to $50,000. Pricing is project-based, not hourly and not a retainer. Scope determines the number: a focused conversion rebuild sits at the lower end; a multi-template redesign with a documented design system and copy sits at the upper end. You get the figure before work starts.
Who this is for
B2B companies where the website is supposed to produce pipeline and currently doesn’t.
- B2B SaaS founders and marketing leads — polished site, sub-1% conversion, traffic spend you can’t trace to pipeline.
- Professional services and high-ticket consulting principals — you sell $15K–$50K+ engagements from a site that looks smaller than the deals it needs to win.
- B2B marketing managers at mid-market firms — a site built across several eras that has to survive a 6–10 stakeholder, 3–6 month buying cycle.
- In-house teams at scaling B2B platforms — you need embedded senior UI/UX and front-end capacity plus a component system, not a full agency retainer.
Who this isn’t for
Saying this plainly saves us both a call. No retainers. No templates. No low-budget work. I work exclusively with B2B companies investing $5,000–$50,000. If you need a $500 template site, a monthly marketing retainer, or a designer who takes direction without asking what it’s for, I’m the wrong person and I’ll say so on the first call.
Who have you worked with?
Multi-year embedded contract work with B2B software companies, including Snappy Kraken (marketing automation for financial advisors, since August 2022), Advisor Websites, Copy Chief (2021–2025), and In Communications. That includes design for FINRA/SEC-compliance-aware audiences — regulated environments where “just make it look good” isn’t an option.
How do we start?
With a free B2B conversion audit. I’ll show you where your site is losing buyers and what it’s costing. The audit is free and the results are yours to keep — whether you work with me or not.
