B2B Web Design Vancouver: Fixed-Quote Websites Built for Enterprise Buyers

B2B web design in Vancouver, on a fixed quote, built so an enterprise buyer finds you, trusts you and books a call.

Not a brochure with your logo dropped in. A website that answers what a buying committee asks before it books, records where every lead came from, and gives AI answer engines pages they can quote. CA$4,950 to CA$10,495, 4 to 8 weeks, one accountable person.

What does a B2B website in Vancouver have to do?

B2B web design in Vancouver is building a website for a company that sells to other businesses, where several people weigh the decision and the site must answer each person’s questions before anyone books a call. It has to let a buyer explain you to her boss: what you solve, what it costs, and what happens if she picks wrong.

Jackai Agency is a Vancouver web design studio founded by Joshua Jackai. It designs and builds B2B websites on fixed quotes, and Joshua, writing here, does the strategy, design and development himself. Last updated October 2026; prices are Jackai Agency fixed quotes in Canadian dollars.

Picture a head of marketing at a Vancouver software company. She has shortlisted three vendors by Thursday. She has not spoken to any of them. She has read their websites, and the one that answered her questions in the order she asked them is the one that gets the call.

That is the whole job. Not to look modern. Not to win an award. To be the site a buyer can explain to her boss.

The judgement happens fast. In a study at Carleton University, people needed about 50 milliseconds to form a view of a web page’s visual appeal, and those snap ratings matched the ratings they gave after a longer look (Lindgaard, Fernandes, Dudek and Brown, Behaviour & Information Technology, 2006). Design look was also the single most mentioned factor when Stanford researchers asked 2,684 people how they judged a site’s credibility: 46.1% of comments were about how the page looked, ahead of how its information was organised (Fogg, Soohoo, Danielson, Marable, Stanford and Tauber, Proceedings of the 2003 Conference on Designing for User Experiences, 2003). That study covered consumer sites, so I treat it as evidence about first impressions, not about B2B buyers specifically.

So I build B2B websites in Vancouver around three questions a buyer is already asking: can this company solve my problem, what will it cost, and what happens if I get it wrong. Every page answers one of them, and every answer ends in the same place: Book a Call.

How much does it cost to design a B2B website in Vancouver?

A B2B website from Jackai Agency costs CA$7,450 for up to five pages and CA$10,495 for eight to fifteen pages, both fixed quotes. A five-page small business website is CA$4,950, and a single landing page starts at CA$3,795. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include strategy, page structure, design, development and launch from one person. The CA$4,950 site is written around one offer; the CA$7,450 site adds separate paths for each role on a buying committee. Six and seven pages are quoted individually. For the wider service, see web design in Vancouver.

Quotes I have seen Vancouver companies receive run from a few thousand dollars for a template with the logo swapped, to CA$25,000 and more for an agency build with a project manager between you and the designer. That spread is why I publish prices: so the comparison is scope against scope, not a guess against a guess.

Bar chart of Jackai Agency fixed quotes in Canadian dollars: CA$4,950 small business site, CA$7,450 custom B2B site up to five pages, CA$10,495 eight to fifteen pages

Three smaller pieces of work stand on their own. A website audit is CA$995, credited in full when the project starts within 30 days. Lead source reporting on a site that is staying is CA$2,600 and takes two weeks. A migration with no redesign is CA$2,500. The pricing calculator turns your page count and platform into a fixed number in about a minute.

What should a B2B website include?

A B2B website needs six things: a homepage with one promise, a page per service with pricing logic, proof pages, an about page with a real person, a booking page that records lead source, and one call to action. The order matters.

  1. A homepage that makes one promise in the words your buyer uses.
  2. One page per service, each with its own price or pricing logic.
  3. Proof pages with a number and the thing that stayed the same while the number moved.
  4. An about page with a real person on it.
  5. A booking or contact page that records where the visitor came from.
  6. One call to action, worded the same way everywhere.

The plain-language part is not a style preference. In a set of experiments at Princeton, readers rated texts with needlessly complex vocabulary as less intelligent and judged the authors less favourably than the same texts in simpler words (Oppenheimer, Applied Cognitive Psychology, 2006). A B2B site full of “solutions” reads as less credible, and that is the effect those experiments measured.

One call to action per page is my design rule, not a research result. A meta-analysis of 50 choice experiments found that too many options stall a decision only under certain conditions, such as no clear favourite and options that are hard to compare (Scheibehenne, Greifeneder and Todd, Journal of Consumer Research, 2010). A first-time visitor may be in that position, so I remove the choice. One button, one label.

B2B web design for Vancouver’s SaaS and technology companies

A software buyer arrives with a problem and a shortlist, not with curiosity about your founding story. The site has to say what the product does in one sentence, show the product with real data on screen, state who it is for and who it is not for, and give a demo or trial path that takes under three clicks. I build the pricing page to be read before the demo request, so the buyer does not have to ask for a number to evaluate you.

B2B web design for Vancouver cleantech companies

If you are looking for a B2B cleantech agency in Vancouver, you get one person who designs and builds, not an account manager. A cleantech purchase in British Columbia usually involves several people, as buying-centre research would predict. Research on industrial purchasing going back more than four decades, including a study of purchases in 31 firms, shows that buying decisions run through a buying centre of several people (Johnston and Bonoma, Journal of Marketing, 1981). So a cleantech site gets three routes: outcomes and proof for the executive, specifications, certifications and integration detail for the technical evaluator, and pricing, timeline and process for the person who signs. Each route ends at the same booking page.

Professional services and consulting firms

Law, accounting, HR and financial advice firms in Vancouver live on referrals. The website’s job is to make a referred lead say yes in one visit: the person they were told about, with a photo and a bio, the exact service with a price range, and a booking step that does not ask for a decision before it gives a reason.

Digital agencies and creative studios

An agency site that shows work without numbers is a mood board. Each case study on an agency site I build carries the result, the thing that stayed the same, and a named client where permission exists.

Real estate technology

Companies selling to developers, brokerages and property managers write for two readers at once: the operator who will use the product and the owner who will pay for it. I split those paths on the homepage and keep the operator’s path dense with screenshots, because that reader needs to find the relevant feature quickly.

Why is my website not generating leads?

A B2B website that stops producing leads usually has one of four faults: the first screen does not match what brought the visitor, the page is slow on a phone, the form is too hard, or nobody records where leads came from. In my audits, none of the four is “the design is dated”.

The first screen answers a different question than the one that brought the visitor. Post-click mismatch is when the page a visitor lands on opens with a different message than the ad or search result that sent them. An ad promised a thing; the page opens with a company story.

The page is slow on a phone. Users’ attitudes toward a site and their intention to return fell as delay grew (Galletta, Henry, McCoy and Polak, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, 2004). I test every page on a mid-range phone before launch.

The form fights the visitor. In a controlled study, web forms built to 20 usability guidelines were completed faster, with fewer errors and higher satisfaction than the same forms without them (Seckler, Heinz, Bargas-Avila, Opwis and Tuch, Proceedings of the SIGCHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems, 2014). Ask the sales team which fields they read before a first call, then cut every field they do not.

Nobody knows which leads the site produced. If a form submission does not carry its source, the website gets credit for nothing and the budget goes to whatever is easiest to measure. Every form I build records whether the enquiry came from search, ads, a referral or an AI answer, and pushes that into your CRM with the lead.

What changed at Advisor Websites: organic traffic up 58%

Advisor Websites is a Vancouver software company that builds websites for financial advisors. Its webinar recordings were only ever emailed to attendees, so every session stopped bringing in new visitors the day after it aired, and the booking page asked for a decision before it gave a reason.

What I did

The result

Organic traffic up 58%. MQL conversion up 28%. The replay library, the homepage and the booking page shipped in the same period, so I report the two numbers together rather than crediting one change. Full detail in the Advisor Websites UI and UX redesign case study.

Affordable website design in Vancouver, without the template

Affordable does not mean a page builder template with your colours applied. It means the same process at a smaller scope. The CA$4,950 small business website is five pages, written around one offer, with the same source tracking, the same structured data and the same launch checklist as a CA$10,495 build. What you give up is page count and custom illustration, not the thinking.

If the budget is below that, the honest answer is a website audit at CA$995. You get a written list of what is costing you leads, in priority order, and the fee is credited in full if the project starts within 30 days.

What a conversion-focused website designer in Vancouver, BC actually does

On my projects, conversion-focused means five things: a baseline, one action per page, proof with a constraint, trust built on four layers, and a report at launch and at 90 days. The longer version is the B2B conversion web design guide; the short version follows.

A baseline before the build. Mobile conversion rate, AI-referred visits and lead count, measured on the current site, so the new one is judged against numbers and not a feeling.

One action per page. Every page has a job, and the job ends in the same booking step with the same words on the button.

Proof with a constraint. A result on the site only appears beside the thing that stayed flat while it moved. A number without that is a brochure.

Trust built the way the research describes it. A review of online trust found it rests on four design layers: graphic design, structure, content and social cues such as real people and third-party signals (Wang and Emurian, Computers in Human Behavior, 2005). I work through all four on every page rather than adding a testimonial carousel at the end.

A report at launch and at 90 days. The same three numbers from the baseline, side by side.

How long does a B2B website take?

Four to eight weeks for most B2B builds, in five phases, each with a date on the calendar before it starts.

  1. Audit and baseline, week 1. Where the current site loses buyers, and the three numbers the new site will be judged on.
  2. Brief and page structure, week 2. Buyer, objections, proof and the one action per page, signed off before any design.
  3. Design, weeks 3 to 4. Wireframes first, then visual design on your brand system, reviewed on a phone before a desktop.
  4. Build and launch, weeks 5 to 7. Development, redirects, source tracking, structured data, a test on every browser and device, then launch.
  5. Measure, day 30 and day 90. The baseline numbers reported against the new site, and the first fixes made from real visits.

A single landing page takes one to two weeks. A migration with no redesign takes about two.

Vancouver B2B web design FAQ

How much does it cost to design a B2B website?

CA$4,950 for a five-page small business website, CA$7,450 for a custom B2B website of up to five pages, CA$10,495 for eight to fifteen pages, landing pages from CA$3,795, all fixed quotes. Other Vancouver studios quote from a few thousand dollars for a template to CA$25,000 and more, so compare scope before price.

How much does it cost to develop a website in Canada?

The same ranges apply across Canada. I quote in Canadian dollars; the invoice shows the Canadian amount and payment is processed in US dollars by my payment provider. Hosting adds roughly CA$20 to CA$60 a month for a business site on a managed plan, and a domain about CA$20 a year. Both are vendor prices that change, so I confirm them in the quote.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes, Jackai Agency builds most B2B websites on WordPress with the Bricks builder. I also design and develop on Framer, Webflow, HubSpot and Shopify when the stack fits the goal. WordPress web design in Vancouver remains the most common request from B2B teams that want full ownership of their site.

How long does a B2B website redesign take?

Four to eight weeks for most B2B builds, in the five phases listed above. A single landing page takes one to two weeks.

How do I build a B2B website?

Build a B2B website in five steps: audit the current site and set a baseline, write the brief and page structure, design on your brand system, build and launch with redirects and tracking, then measure at 30 and 90 days. Most builds take four to eight weeks.

Do you work with small businesses or only enterprise?

Both. Small business web design in Vancouver is a meaningful share of my work. The process scales down: same method, tighter scope, CA$4,950 for five pages.

Do you offer ecommerce web design in Vancouver?

Yes. I design and build Shopify and WooCommerce stores. See ecommerce website design in Vancouver for platforms, process and recent builds.

Can the website show which channel each lead came from?

Yes, the website records where each lead came from. Every form records the source of each enquiry, so you can see whether it came from search, ads, referrals or AI answers. If your current site is staying, lead source reporting sets this up in two weeks from CA$2,600 and sends a weekly one-page report.

Will the site connect to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?

Yes, the site connects to your CRM. Each lead can be pushed into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with its source attached, so sales sees where it came from. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel are supported, and the connection is priced in the fixed quote.

How do you design for a buying committee with several roles?

Each role gets a clear path: outcomes and proof for the executive, detail for the technical evaluator, and pricing and process for the person who signs off. Nobody has to dig, and every path ends in a demo or call request.

How will we know if the new website is working?

I measure a baseline before the build (mobile conversion, AI-referred traffic and lead count), then report against it after launch and again at 90 days. You get numbers to judge the site by, not a gut feeling.

Will ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews mention us after the redesign?

No one can promise a citation. What the build does is give AI tools pages they can read and quote: one topic per page, structured data and clear answers. The free AI visibility report shows what they say about you today, in 24 hours.

Do I own my website after it is built?

Yes, you own your website. On every Jackai Agency project the domain, the hosting account, the code and the content are yours on launch day, with the logins handed over in writing. Nothing on my projects is rented back to you. After launch, updates and security patches are either a maintenance plan I quote per site or a short handover so your team runs them.

Do you write the website copy?

Yes, as an option. Conversion copywriting is priced per page, because it is written per page. If you already have copy, I restructure it around what your buyers ask before they book a call.

What should a B2B website include?

A B2B website needs six things: a homepage with one promise, a page per service with pricing logic, proof pages with a number and a constraint, an about page with a real person, a booking page that records lead source, and one call to action worded the same way everywhere.

Why is my website not generating leads?

A B2B website that stops producing leads usually has one of four faults: the first screen does not match what brought the visitor, the page is slow on a phone, the form is too hard, or nobody records where leads came from. A CA$995 audit names which one applies to yours.

How do I choose a B2B web design company in Vancouver?

Ask five questions: who does the work, whether the quote is fixed, what result they can show and what stayed the same while it moved, whether every lead carries its source, and who owns the site on launch day. Vague answers to any of the five are the warning sign.

How quickly will you reply during the project?

Within one business day, usually the same day. You work with me directly, not an account manager, and each phase has a date on the calendar before it starts.
